These terms apply to unimora.in, run by Rameshwar Govindu (sole proprietor), Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("Unimora AI", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

What Unimora AI is, and isn't

Unimora AI gives information and decision support about universities, costs, scholarships and visas. It is guidance, not a guarantee. Fees, exchange rates, rankings, scholarships and visa rules change, and AI-generated answers can be wrong. Always confirm important figures and deadlines with the university or the official government source before you commit money or apply. We are not an admissions agent and we don't apply to universities on your behalf.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself and give accurate profile information; recommendations are only as good as the details you enter.

The Decide plan

• The Decide plan is a one-time payment of ₹2,999 per family, for one student, giving access to the paid features for 6 months from purchase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to break security, no reselling access, and no using the AI mentor to produce unlawful or harmful content.

Our content

The site, its data compilation and its reports belong to Unimora AI. You may use your own reports for your family's decision and share them with counsellors and family members.

Liability

We work hard to keep the data accurate, but we can't be responsible for decisions made on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
